I love the new area that we are in-- it's so pretty up here and it doesn't feel like a big crazy city. It feels like horse-country with long skinny road where the speed limit is 50mph. One morning at 7am we woke up to find several hot air balloons taking off from the mountains behind our house. So Abby and Parker sat on my nightstand and watched for a while. This is not uncommon where we live. Our neighborhood is right on the Desert Foothills Scenic Drive... thus we get TONS of bikers, hot air balloons, joggers, etc.

Hot Air Balloons!

How fun for the kids to sit and watch! I wish we had balloons instead of airplanes that fly by my house! But I have to admit they don't bother me and Chase absolutely loves them!
