Abby: "Mommy. You know mermaids don't have bottoms?"
Mom: "They don't? Then how do they go to the bathroom?"
Abby: "O. ...they don't."

At church yesterday I let Abby pick where we sat. She wanted the very front row. This gave her a very new perspective of what goes on, as we've never been brave enough to sit that close before!
During the opening prayer:
Abby:"Mommy-- he not folding his arms. He's not"
Mom:"I know."
Abby:"Mommy--why he's not folding his arms?"
Mom:"Because he's holding the pulpit instead."
Abby:"O. ...so he don't fall off?"

So cute!! Isn't it funny how their little minds work?!? Could the person praying hear her? I would be cracking up. Love this age, always something new and clever!
